The month of October is here.....and with it comes two main festivals that's celebrated world wide. That is Oktoberfest (did I spelled it correctly? lol) and.. Halloween!! I don't drink so Oktoberfest is not really that important to me really. Halloween is one of the festive season thats rarely celebrated in Malaysia, or should I say Kuching until recently. To me, it's one of the festivals that I'm excited for because I'm a big horror movie fan and I've never been to a Halloween party before. Sad right? I agree. :(
But this year Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) has organised a Halloween event! And guess what? It's free entry for the public! Double happiness. :) The event will be held from 7pm till 12am on 27 October which is on a Saturday. Interested parties can come dress up in their best Halloween Costume and the best costume will win a prize. So get creative on the costumes people!
Basically people who wants to go there better be prepared to get scared and have a good time at the same time. :)
Scary red poster. Wooo~~~
As you can see from the poster above, there will also be performance that night and to be honest, I don't know who are those performers but if they make great music, it will be an awesome night! Hey, free performance = free entertainment, can't complain right? Food and beverage will also be available there so we can eat and watch live performance as well as people in costumes running around. Aaah... bliss. :)
Let's go Kuchingnites and have a great time there!
